Can you prescribe medications?

Yes. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, I am licensed to prescribe medications for our clients. Medications are escribed to your pharmacy.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. Most commercial insurances are accepted. We also offer self-pay options, if you are out of network.

Will I see my provider in person?

In-person sessions are available in Moultrie, GA. These sessions are limited to Wednesdays only. Tele-psych appointments are available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

What is tele-psych, and how does it work?

Tele-psych, also known as telemedicine, is the practice of providing healthcare remotely through technology, such as video calls or messaging. This innovative approach has gained popularity due to its convenience and accessibility. Patients can consult with healthcare providers, receive medical advice, and even obtain prescriptions without leaving their homes. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a link to a secure video call platform (like zoom). You can access the link through you home computer, or even from your phone.

What do I do if I have an emergency/crisis situation?

We try our best to return calls/emails by the end of the day, but if you are in an emergency/crisis situation then we strongly encourage you to call 911, or go to your nearest crisis center or emergency department.
